Welcome to Mary Ann's website of "Through the Back Doors of Provence and the French Riviera." This was my trip of a life time. I took this trip May 14 through June 2, 2005. After watching Rick Steves' on PBS the past ten years and having enjoyed all the programs. I checked out his tours that he had on his website, ordered the DVD and signed up to take one of his trips. I am so glad I did. I saw more than I could even imagine of seeing. The tour is planned so well. If one follows his instructions on packing and security issues, follow the information in his books, one will have a trip that they will never forget. I hope you enjoy the website and see a little of what I experienced.
