Roussillion
Today, I was dressed by 7:00 AM and out to take pictures, video, of the area. It was raining too much yesterday when we came in so now is the time, then I met the group for breakfast at 8:00 AM and at 9:00 we leave for Roussillon. Roussillon is a village of the ochre cliffs. The group meets for lunch in a small cafe, and we are have music entertainment from a local, afterwards we tour ochre cliffs. The village was so quaint and colorful. The color for the houses comes from the Ochre Conservatory, the pigments are mixed into paints and stucco.
At 6:30 PM we are to meet and introduce our “Buddy” partner to the group. My buddy is Stephanie, from LA area. Our buddy partner keeps track for bus and event counts. We do not want to get left! We are on our own for the evening. A group of us go back to were we had lunch for dinner. I had a duck salad--very good choice. Tonight I have a room to myself. I need sleep badly. So to bed early.
